- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Agri Business Marketing/Rural Management/Foreign trade/International Marketing from Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- OR a B.Sc in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Seed Science & Tech./Genetics & Plant Breeding/Agronomy/Soil Science/Agriculture Chemistry/Entomology/Pathology from Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE/ICAR.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in the final examination of CA/ICWA/ CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).
- A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or BL) with a minimum duration of 03 years, and a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- A full-time integrated LLB or BL Degree with a duration of 05 years, and a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a college/university approved by the Bar Council of India.
- B.Com with 50% Marks.

- Before Submitting the Application Form, Carefully Review the Preview and All Fields.
- Take A Print of the Final Submitted Form.
1. Application ProcedureÂ
a. Carefully review the advertisement to ensure you meet all eligibility criteria.
b. Eligible and interested candidates must apply online from 02/11/2023 to 01/12/2023 before 23:59 on NFL’s official website: www.nationalfertilizers.com → Careers → Recruitment in NFL → Recruitment of Management Trainee/Accounts Assistant. No other application methods, including manual or paper applications, will be accepted.
c. Each candidate can submit only one application for a specific post. You can edit/modify details in the online Application Form before submitting the application fee. Once submitted, you cannot change the details. Providing false information will render the candidate ineligible.
d. Incomplete online applications will be rejected.
e. Candidates must have a valid E-Mail ID that remains valid for at least one and a half years.
f. The application process involves five steps:

Step I: Candidate Registration
- Existing users can log in with their credentials.
- New users should create an account using their email and mobile number, with a unique password.
- After successful registration, login credentials will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.

Step II: Filling Up the Candidate’s Details in the Application Form
- Log in with your registered Email ID/ User ID/ Mobile Number and password.
- Follow instructions carefully.
- Provide personal, educational, and experience details.

Step III: Uploading of Documents/Certificates
- Upload required documents: Date of Birth Proof, Educational Qualification proof, employment proof, Caste certificate, EWS Certificate, PwBd certificate, ExSM certificate, Identity Proof, ID proof, Photographs, Signature, etc.

Step IV: Preview and Submission of Application
- Carefully review and confirm the details before the final submission.

Step V: Payment of Application Fee
- Pay the application fee through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI ID using the online payment gateway.
- The fee is non-refundable.
g. Download and retain the following documents for future reference:
- Online Application Form
- Fee Receipt
- Admit Card (available when the Exam Date is declared)
h. Ensure timely payment of the application fee and submission of online applications to avoid last-minute issues.
i. All communication will be done through the registered e-mail ID. Check the NFL’s website for information on the examination schedule and admit cards.
j. Ensure timely access to your email/NFL’s website to avoid missing important information.
k. There’s no need to send any documents to the NFL through email/post at this stage.
