4.       Application Process:

o    Fill out the online application form with accurate information, including the UGC NET/ CLAT (PG)/ MBBS registration number.

o    A unique registration number will be generated post-submission.

5.       Document preparation:

o    Keep scanned copies of required certificates (PDF, 100–400 KB) and a passport-size photo (JPEG, <50 KB) ready.

o    Ensure documents are clear; unclear documents will lead to rejection.

6.       Important Dates:

o    Online registration opens on 09 December 2024 (10:00 hrs).

o    Online registration closes on 30 December 2024 (17:00 hrs).

7.       Steps for Applying:

o    Step 1: Visit NHPC’s Career Page.

o    Step 2: Read all instructions.

o    Step 3: Complete the online form and submit it.

o    Step 4: Prepare the following scanned documents for upload:
a) Date of birth proof.
b) Mark sheets and certificates (XII, Graduation, Post-Graduation).
c) Valid caste certificate (if applicable).
d) Disability, experience, and other relevant certificates (as applicable).
e) UGC NET/ CLAT (PG) scorecard or MBBS degree.
f) Any additional declarations or documents as mentioned in FAQs.

o    Step 5: Upload all required documents in the designated space.

o    Step 6: Save and print the registration slip for future reference.

8.       Rejections:
Applications with invalid UGC NET/ CLAT/ MBBS registration numbers or incomplete documents will be rejected. Do not send physical copies via post.

2.       Post Requirements:

o    Trainee Officer: Valid UGC NET Dec-2023 / Jun-2024 / CLAT (PG)-2024 score.

o    SMO: Valid MBBS degree and registration with MCI/ NMC/ State Medical Council.

3.       Qualification Validity: Only UGC NET/ CLAT (PG)- 2024 scores are valid.

4.       Foreign Degrees: An equivalence certificate from a competent authority is required for qualifications obtained abroad.

5.       Eligibility Verification: Candidates must meet all criteria; failure to do so at any stage will result in disqualification.

6.       Category Declaration: Categories (SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwBD) cannot be changed after submission. Valid certificates must be provided.

7.       Minimum Marks: Requisite marks/ grades in all semesters/ years are mandatory.

8.       Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will receive GD/ PI details via email. Venue changes will not be entertained.

9.       Age/Qualification Computation: Calculated as of the last application date.

10.   Proof of Age: Only matriculation/ secondary school certificates are acceptable.

11.   Application Submission: Applying does not guarantee selection.

12.   Travel Reimbursement: 2nd class rail/ bus fare will be reimbursed for GD/ PI, provided the travel distance exceeds 30 km.

13.   Internal Candidates: Eligible internal candidates may apply per internal circular guidelines.

14.   Online Application Only: No paper/ manual applications accepted.

15.   Result Declaration: The qualification date is based on the result/ mark sheet issuance date.

16.   False Information: Any false claims will lead to rejection at any stage.

17.   Email Communication: Candidates must maintain an active email ID for one year; no changes allowed post- registration.

18.   NOC Requirement: Government/ PSU employees must upload or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of GD/PI.

20.   Management Decision: NHPC’s decision regarding eligibility and selection will be final.

21.   Policy Changes: NHPC reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any time.

22.   Vacancy Adjustments: NHPC may increase/ decrease vacancies as required.

23.   Recruitment Rules: The process will follow company policies and rules.

24.   Canvassing: Direct or indirect canvassing will lead to disqualification.

25.   Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute will fall under Faridabad courts or Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
