Step-by-Step Instructions:

2. Navigate to the “Recruitment” section.
3. Click on “Apply Online” for Administrative Officer (Scale I) posts.
4. Choose “New Registration” and fill in basic details like name, contact number, and email. You’ll receive a registration number and password.
5. Upload the following documents:
   • Passport-size photo
   • Signature (black ink)
   • Left thumb impression (on white paper)
   • Handwritten declaration: “I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me is true and valid…”

Selection Process: NICL AO Recruitment 2025

Selection will be based on three stages:

Phase I: Preliminary Exam (Objective—100 Marks | 60 Minutes)

• English Language—30 marks
• Reasoning Ability—35 marks
• Quantitative Aptitude—35 marks 📝 Candidates must qualify in each section to move to the next phase.

Phase II: Main Examination

Generalists will face 5 sections (Objective—250 Marks):

• Reasoning
• English
• Quant
• Computer Knowledge
• General Awareness

Specialists will face 6 sections (Objective – 250 Marks):

• All of the above + Technical/Professional Knowledge (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, etc.)

Descriptive Paper (30 Marks):

• Essay, Precis & Comprehension
• Conducted online; 30 minutes duration
• Note: The descriptive part is qualifying only and does not add to the final merit.

Phase III: Interview

• Candidates shortlisted from the Main Exam will be called for interviews.
• Final Merit = 80% (Mains) + 20% (Interview)

Important Instructions: NICL AO Recruitment 2025

1. One Discipline Only: Candidates can apply for only one discipline. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
2. Probation & Bond: Selected candidates must serve 1 year of probation and sign a 4-year bond.
3. Licentiate Exam Requirement: During probation, officers must pass the Non-Life Licentiate Exam from the Insurance Institute of India.
4. Disqualification Risk: Failure to pass the Licentiate or breaking the bond period may result in termination.
5. Exam Integrity: Use of unfair practices, impersonation, or violating exam rules will lead to cancellation and blacklisting from future NICL recruitments.
6. EWS/OBC Certificate Validity: Must be issued after 31 March 2025. Creamy Layer candidates will be treated as the General category.
7. Photo ID Proof: The name on the admit card must exactly match your photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, PAN, etc.).
8. Exam Venue: No change request for venue/date/time will be entertained. Reach the venue before reporting time.
9. Interview Readiness: Bring all original certificates, including caste, disability, mark sheets, and experience certificates (if applicable).
