NPCIL Executive Trainee Pay Scale

Executive Trainees selected through GATE will be placed in Level-10 Pay Matrix after training, with a starting basic pay of ₹56,100 per month, plus:

• Medical facilities
• LTC
• Retirement benefits

Gross monthly salary in metro cities can go above ₹90,000.
