  1. Online Selection Test: Candidates must appear for a nationwide test at designated test centers such as Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Raipur, and Bangalore. The test consists of:
    • Subject Knowledge Test (SKT): Focused on the candidate’s area of expertise.
    • Executive Aptitude Test (EAT): Evaluates aptitude and critical thinking skills.
  2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the online test will be called for the interview. Minimum qualifying marks must be achieved to progress further.
  3. Final Selection: NSPCL adopts a weighted evaluation system:
    • 85% Online Test Performance
    • 15% Interview Marks

The final merit list will reflect candidates’ overall scores and competency levels.

Here are some key guidelines for applicants:

  1. Eligibility Criteria: Only Indian Nationals can apply. Ensure you meet the age, qualification, and experience requirements mentioned in the advertisement.
