OHC Jr Stenographer Vacancy 2024 Notification. Applications are invited online from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 35 Junior Stenographer (Group-‘C’) positions in the Court’s Establishment, starting from May 20, 2024, until June 18, 2024. The recruitment process will adhere to the provisions outlined in “The High Court of Orissa (Appointment of Staff and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019,” with amendments as applicable. OHC Jr Stenographer Vacancy 2024 Documents Required

CERTIFICATES/DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED:

  1. HSC or equivalent certificate as proof of age.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree certificate from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
  3. Certificate showing adequate knowledge of Computer Applications.
  4. Certificate from a recognized institute showing a minimum speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting.
  5. Certificate of good character from the last attended institution or two certificates from reputable persons (one must be a Gazetted Officer).
  6. Recent passport-size photograph (clearly visible and properly oriented).
  7. Full signature of the candidate (clearly visible and properly oriented on a white background).
  8. Aadhaar card.
  9. Caste/category certificate from a competent authority (for SC/ST/SEBC applicants claiming reservation).
  10. Discharge Certificate and Affidavit (for Ex-Servicemen).
  11. Medical or Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates).
  12. No Objection Certificate (NOC) for government servants, or an undertaking if NOC is unavailable as mentioned under 8 (C).
  13. Publication of changed name/surname in a local leading daily newspaper and notification in the Odisha Gazette (for name/surname changes).

  3. Instructions:
    • Read the “INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES” available on the portal before filling out the online application form.
  4. Timely Submission:
    • Submit the online application well in advance to avoid last-minute congestion.
  5. Application Validity:
    • Incomplete or incorrect applications, or those submitted through means other than the prescribed online format, will be rejected without explanation.
  6. Provisional Admission:
    • Admission to any stage of the recruitment process is provisional. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their application will be rejected.
  7. No Scribe Allowed:
    • Scribes will not be allowed at any stage of the recruitment process.
  8. Document Verification:
