The Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI), under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, invites applications for various contractual positions. Selection Process: PMBI Recruitment 2025

The selection process consists of two stages:

1. Initial Screening
2. Personal Interview

1. Initial Screening

• Candidates must apply online at https://recruitment.pmbi.co.in/ and upload relevant documents.
• Applications will be verified, and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on the following grading system (maximum 30 marks):

• PMBI may adopt higher grading criteria if the number of applicants is large.

2. Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed based on their credentials and performance.
• Final selection will be based on merit, and appointment offers will be issued accordingly.

Additional Instructions

• Candidates must bring original documents (marks sheets, degrees, experience certificates, etc.) and one set of photocopies for verification during the interview.

General Terms & Conditions: PMBI Recruitment 2025

1. The appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment at PMBI.
2. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria; false information may lead to disqualification or termination. The cut-off date for age and experience is 31.01.2025.
3. Preference may be given to candidates with experience in the government pharma sector.
4. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India and should be available to join soon.
5. PMBI reserves the right to cancel the selection process at any stage.
6. Age, experience, and qualifications may be relaxed in deserving cases. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
7. Contract Terms:
   a) Employees will receive consolidated pay, allowances, PF, and gratuity per rules.
   b) Leave entitlement as per PMBI rules.
   c) Terms & Conditions may be revised during the contract period.
   d) The contract will end automatically upon expiry, and unsatisfactory performance may result in termination with 30 days’ notice.
   e) Employees must work exclusively for PMBI with integrity and efficiency.
8. The initial contract is for three years, with a six-month observation period in the first year. Resignation during this period requires payment of three months’ salary as liquidated damages.
9. If performance is unsatisfactory within the first six months, the contract may be terminated with seven days’ notice.
10. The number of posts may be adjusted as per internal requirements.
11. Updates or clarifications will be available on the official website.
12. Candidates should regularly check their emails for updates.
13. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the interview.
