1.       Terms of Engagement

·         Positions are on a contract basis with consolidated payments for up to 3 years or project completion, whichever is earlier.

·         Contract extension is based on performance, project requirements, and duration.

·         No claim for a regular post in C-DAC arises from these positions.

·         Candidates may be transferred or deputed to projects across India as required.

2.       Qualification

·         Candidates must have qualifications from AICTE/ UGC-approved institutes or recognized universities.

·         For CGPA/ DGPA/ OGPA systems, proof of percentage and class must be provided.

·         Final-semester candidates completing their course before joining may apply, subject to passing with the required score.

3.       Experience

·         Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered.

·         Academic internships, research work, and non-profit organization experience will not count unless specified.

·         Valid experience certificates with employment details are mandatory.

·         Experience without supporting documents will not be accepted.

·         Pay brackets start from the minimum experience; higher experience may lead to additional increments as per C-DAC policy.

4.       Age Limit and Relaxation

·         Upper age limits are specified for each post.

·         Relaxation applies to SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Challenged/ Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms.

·         Government employees are eligible for a 5-year relaxation in age.

·         Cut-off for age and experience is the application’s last submission date.

·         Age relaxation claims require valid caste certificates during document verification.

·         Proof of date of birth includes SSLC/ SSC/ ISC certificates or equivalent documents.

·         EWS certificates must follow the DoPT-prescribed format.
