Application Form Submission Process – The application form submission process is segmented into the following five parts: Candidate Registration Completion of remaining form details Upload of photos, signatures, and other required documents Payment of fees and submission of the application form Generation of the application form printout Please be aware that candidates have the option to complete all the mentioned procedures in a single session while filling out the application form. General Guidelines During the registration process, candidates must ensure to select the desired post; failure to do so will result in the rejection of their application. The number of vacancies listed in the provided table is subject to change. SC/ST & OBC candidates are eligible for age relaxation of up to 5 years, following the guidelines and relevant Government of UP orders. Orthopedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates are granted age relaxation up to 10 years (General Category), 13 years (OBC category), and 15 years (SC/ST category) based on guidelines and relevant Government of UP orders. Permanent Government Employees with at least 3 years of regular and continuous service in the relevant field are eligible for age relaxation of up to 5 years as per Government of UP guidelines. Ex-servicemen are entitled to age relaxation in accordance with Government of India rules, as adopted by the Government of UP. No documents, including printed/hard copies of online application forms, need to be sent by post. However, applicants should retain one printed/hard copy for their records. Candidates must indicate their preferences for three exam cities from the provided list (published with the application forms). The final center allocation will be specified in the admit card. While efforts will be made to accommodate preferences, the decision of SGPGIMS, Lucknow, is final. Applicants currently employed must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employers. Call letters and admit cards for eligible candidates can be downloaded directly from the Institute’s website (www.sgpgims.org.in) using their registration number/application number and date of birth. No postal delivery of call letters will occur, and the download facility will be available as per the published examination schedule. Travel allowance (TA) and daily allowance (DA) will not be provided for those appearing in the Written Test/Skill Test/Interview. All disputes, differences, or litigations will fall under the territorial jurisdiction of Lucknow Court. The Director of SGPGIMS, Lucknow, reserves the right to fill any or all advertised posts or decide not to fill them without assigning any reason.
