• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized University/ Institute in India. OR
• CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
• 2-year Exp. in Commercial Banks OR
• 3-Year Exp. in NBFCs/MSME/ Corporate lending.

        2.       Before applying, scan and upload the required documents following the guidelines.

        3.       Include a handwritten declaration in English as specified.

        4.       Ensure the left thumb impression is clear and not smudged.

        5.       Keep details/documents ready for online payment of the application fee.

        6.       Have a valid personal email ID throughout the recruitment process.

        7.       Follow the online application procedure on www.sidbi.in:

·         Click “APPLY ONLINE” and choose “Click here for New Registration.”

·          Enter your name, contact details, and email to generate a provisional registration number and password.

·          Save data using “SAVE AND NEXT” if unable to complete the form in one go.

·          Verify details before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”

·          Upload photo, signature, and required documents as per guidelines.

·          Preview and verify the entire application form before submitting.

·         Make payment through the ‘Payment’ tab.

·          Click ‘Submit’ after ensuring all details are correct.

        8.       Validate your details to avoid disqualification.

        Ensure accuracy throughout the process, as any change found may disqualify your candidature.

Important Application Guidelines

1. Eligibility Check: Before filling out the online application form, candidates must ensure they meet eligibility criteria such as age, education, and work experience by November 08, 2023.
2. Selection Process: Selected candidates undergo a medical fitness check, character verification, and previous employment verification. Appointment is subject to SIDBI’s Service and Conduct Rules.
3. Document Submission: Printout of the online application and documents should not be sent to SIDBI offices.
4. Accuracy Warning: Candidates must provide accurate information; any false details may result in cancellation of candidature, even after appointment.
5. Educational Qualifications: Qualifications should be obtained before the application deadline, and grade-based applicants must provide a duly attested conversion chart.
6. SIDBI’s Decision: SIDBI’s decisions on recruitment matters are final. No correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained.
7. Eligibility Standards: SIDBI may adjust eligibility standards to control the number of candidates called for interviews without separate notifications.
8. Advice on Eligibility: SIDBI won’t provide advice on candidate eligibility.
9. Application and Fee: Applications, once made, cannot be withdrawn. Application fees will not be refunded for any reason.
10. Photograph Retention: Candidates must retain copies of recent passport-size photos for recruitment formalities.
11. OBC Category Requirements: OBC candidates need a prescribed caste certificate not older than one year from the online registration closure date.
12. Certificate Verification: OBC candidates’ appointment remains provisional until caste and other certificates are verified; false claims result in termination.
13. Language Choice: Candidates can choose Hindi/English during Group Discussions and Interviews.
14. Pre-Recruitment Expenses: Candidates bear costs and risks for Pre-Recruitment Training/Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
15. SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities Concession: Eligible outstation candidates get II AC class fare reimbursement for interviews.
16. Service Verification: Selected candidates already in government/service roles must provide proper relieving letters at the time of reporting for duty.
17. Nationwide Service: Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
18. Identity Verification: Candidates need to submit valid photo identity proofs during Group Discussion and Interview.
19. Name Matching: The name on the call letter should exactly match the name on the photo identity proof.
20. Late Reporting Warning: Candidates reporting late for Group Discussion and Interview won’t be allowed to attend.
