1. Read Notification o Carefully read the “How to Apply” section provided in the notification or on the Teachers Recruitment Board’s website. 2. Mode of Application o Apply only through Online mode via https://www.trb.tn.gov.in. Other modes of application will not be accepted. 3. Mandatory Contact Details o Provide a valid email ID and mobile number during registration. Ensure the email ID remains active for all future communications. 4. Application Limits o Associate Professor: § Can apply for a maximum of 2 subjects, with at least 8 years of experience in each subject. o Assistant Professor & Assistant Professor (Pre-Law): § Restricted to 2 posts (e.g., 2 Law subjects, 2 Pre-Law subjects, or 1 Law and 1 Pre-Law). Additional applications with altered details will be rejected. 5. Separate Applications o Submit separate applications for each post. Pay the application fee separately for each submission. Fees are non-refundable. 6. Document Upload o Upload evidence for claims at the time of online application. These documents will be verified during certificate verification and/or interviews if shortlisted. 7. Application Accuracy o Details in the online application (name, post, subject, reservation, etc.) are considered final. Changes can only be made before the final submission. No modifications are allowed after the deadline. 8. Rejection of Defective Applications o Incomplete or defective applications will be rejected without representation or correspondence. 9. Eligibility Criteria o Ensure eligibility before applying. All qualifications, including the PSTM certificate, must be obtained before the application submission deadline. 10. PSTM Certificate (if applicable) o PSTM concession is not applicable for Associate and Assistant Professors in Law. o Applicable for Assistant Professors (Pre-Law) in subjects taught in Tamil Medium (Economics, Sociology, Political Science). o Candidates must submit PSTM certificates from Class 1 to the required qualification. 5. DAP Certificate (if applicable) o Upload Identity Card, Passbook, and Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. 6. Teaching Experience Certificate o For Government Law Colleges: Signed by the Principal/Dean, counter-signed by the Director of Legal Studies. o For Private/University Colleges: Signed by the Head/Registrar, counter-signed by the Vice-Chancellor. 7. No Objection Certificate (NOC) o Required for candidates employed by government/quasi-government organizations, universities, or local bodies. 8. Conduct Certificate o To be obtained from the head of the last studied institution. 9.
