Procedure for Offline Application:

1.       Preparation:

·         Candidates must possess a valid Personal E-Mail ID and Contact Number, active throughout recruitment. The Bank may communicate through the registered E-Mail ID for a personal interview and/or Selection Process. Candidates without a valid personal E-Mail ID should create one before applying.

2.       Application Submission:

·         Complete the application in the prescribed format (Annexure –A) and enclose self-attested copies of the required certificates.

·         The deadline for receiving offline applications (hard copies through post) is 27.12.2023. No applications will be accepted online after this date.

·         Incomplete applications or those lacking supporting documents will be rejected.

3.       Mode of Application:

·         Submit the application (Annexure-A) offline, enclosed with certificates and fee payment details. Place it in an envelope marked with “Application For The Manager Risk Management” and address it to:

4.       Documents to be Enclosed:

·         Attach a recent recognizable passport-size color photograph, signed by the candidate.

·         Self-attested Certificates of age, category, educational qualifications, experience, etc.

·         Candidates, especially the visually impaired, are responsible for accurate information in the application form before submission.

Guidelines for Filling Offline Application:

·         Visit the Bank’s website (www.ucobank.com -> Career -> Recruitment Opportunities), download the application format, and pay the application fee using online payment/ NEFT.

·         Ensure the candidate’s name matches official documents. Any change may disqualify the application.

·         Attach supporting documents, such as proof of date of birth, qualification certificates, and experience certificates, with the application form.

General Information:

1.       Ensure eligibility and compliance with norms before applying. The Bank may reject ineligible applications at any stage.

2.       Indicate percentages accurately; convert CGPA/OGPA to percentages if applicable.

3.       The Bank reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria and terms at any stage of the recruitment process.

4.       Only eligible candidates will be notified of interview details via e-mail.

5.       Original certificates must be produced at the interview for verification; failure to do so will result in disqualification.

11.   Employees of Govt./Quasi offices, Public Sector undertakings, including Nationalized Banks, need a ‘No Objection Certificate’ during the interview.

12.   Decisions by the Bank on eligibility, interviews, tests, and selection are final.

13.   Intimations will be sent via email or SMS. Candidates should regularly check the Bank’s website for updates.
