1.      Vacancy Determination: The exact number of vacancies will be determined based on the Corporation’s needs during the interview of shortlisted candidates.
2.      Contract Basis Engagement: The engagement is purely on a contract basis and does not guarantee regular appointments in NCDC or its associated organizations. Contractual personnel are not entitled to benefits, compensation, absorption, or regularization of service within NCDC. 3.      Contract Duration: Professionals will be initially engaged for three years, extendable annually up to a maximum tenure of five years based on project requirements. Continuation beyond each year is contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review with defined Key Performance Indicators. 4.      Remuneration: The consolidated remuneration, including applicable taxes, will be paid monthly with an annual increment based on satisfactory performance. No additional facilities or allowances are provided. 5.      Working Conditions: Working hours, traveling, daily allowance, and leave will be governed by applicable provisions for contractual appointments at NCDC. 6.      Termination Clause: NCDC reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month’s notice or compensation in lieu thereof, without assigning any reasons, in the event of unsatisfactory performance or disciplinary issues. 7.      Document Verification: Contractual personnel must produce original documents and certificates supporting their age, qualification, and experience at the time of joining, failing which the offer of engagement stands withdrawn. 8.      Qualification Criteria: Educational qualifications, age, and experience as specified in the advertisement will be considered on the last date of application submission. 9.      Shortlisting Process: Fulfilling eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview/personal discussion. NCDC may conduct preliminary shortlisting based on academic records/experience, and only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview/personal discussion. |
