Age & Relaxation

  • Upper Age Limit: As per UGC/GoI norms.
  • Cut-off date: Age and qualification must be met as of 2 May 2025.
  • Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS are applicable per Government of India rules.

The application process for teaching jobs in central universities is completely online. Candidates must apply through the Samarth Portal, a centralized application system designed to simplify the application process.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.allduniv.ac.in or directly visit the application portal at https://curec.samarth.ac.in.
  2. Select the Relevant Advertisement: Choose from UoA/Prof/01/2025, UoA/Asso. Prof/01/2025, or UoA/Asst. Prof/01/2025.
  3. Register/Login: Create a new account or log in if already registered.
  4. Fill in the online application form.
    • Enter personal details, educational qualifications, and teaching/research experience.
    • Mention your specialization and desired department.
  5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of required documents (see below).
  6. Pay the Application Fee: Pay online via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
  7. Final Submission: Preview the application and submit.
  8. Download & Print: Save a copy of the submitted application for future reference.

  3. Academic qualifications (UG/PG/MPhil/PhD)
  4. NET/SLET/SET Certificate (if applicable)
  5. Experience certificates from recognized institutions
  6. Valid caste/EWS/PwD certificate (if applicable, as per GoI format)
  7. Equivalence certificate (for foreign Ph.D. holders)
  8. No Objection Certificate (for currently employed candidates)

The selection process will be based on UGC Regulations 2018 and will involve

1. Screening of Applications

  • Shortlisting is done as per Appendix II (Table 2 for Prof./Assoc. Prof. and Table 3A for Asst. Prof.) of UGC Guidelines 2018.
  • Applications will be evaluated based on academic record, research publications, and teaching experience.

2. Personal Interview

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Interviews may be conducted offline or online, based on the university’s discretion.

3. Document Verification

  • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
  • Submission of any false information will lead to disqualification and legal action.

Note:

  • Shortlisting does not guarantee selection.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

  1. Read the full notification before applying.
  2. Applications without proper documents or incorrect information will be rejected.
  3. All degrees must be from recognized universities or institutions approved by UGC/AICTE/NCTE.
  4. Ph.D. degrees from foreign universities must be accompanied by an Equivalence Certificate from AIU, New Delhi.
  5. Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria without including grace marks.
  6. Applicants must apply separately for each post and specialization.
  7. If applying under multiple categories (UR & SC/ST/OBC), mark accordingly in the form.
  8. Those in employment must submit an NOC, a salary slip, and an ITR at the time of the interview.
  9. The university reserves the right to change the number of vacancies or cancel recruitment without notice.
  10. Candidates must be in sound health and may undergo a medical examination if selected.

Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.


Is NET mandatory for the assistant professor post?

Yes, unless the candidate holds a Ph.D. as per UGC 2018 Regulations.

Can I apply for more than one post/discipline?

Yes. But you must submit a separate application and fee for each.

If I applied under the 2023 notification, do I need to apply again?

Yes. You must apply afresh and pay ₹100 facilitation charges to be considered.
