1. Only online applications will be accepted. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate online applications with respective processing fees for UPSIFS Lucknow Recruitment 2024
2. Submission of a hard copy of the application is mandatory. Applicants should send a self-attested hard copy of the online application and supporting documents via Registered/Speed Post.
3. Application fee: Rs. 2500 for General/ OBC/ EWS category and Rs. 2000 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates domiciled in Uttar Pradesh with valid certificates.
4. OBC category applicants must provide a valid non-creamy layer certificate as per UP Government rules during the online application.
5. The online application processing fee is non-refundable.
6. The last date to submit online applications is 15th May 2024. Late applications will not be entertained.
7. Eligibility will be determined as of the closing date for online application submission.
8. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
9. Applicants are advised to submit applications well in advance to avoid delays.
10. Upload self-attested copies of certificates including Age, Education, Caste, Disability, and Experience with the online application.
11. Matriculation/ SSC certificates will serve as proof of date of birth.
12. Time taken for an M.Phil. and Ph.D. degree will not count as teaching/ research experience.
13. Selection criteria include academic background, publications, research potential, funding abilities, teaching record, and professional experience.
14. Reservation policies for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will apply as per UP Government norms.
15. Document background verification will be conducted at any stage, including during appointment or service.
16. The Institute reserves the right to modify or withdraw any communication or appointment offer for UPSIFS Lucknow Recruitment 2024.
17. Candidates must commit to serving the Institute for a minimum of 5 years from joining to retirement for teaching positions.
18. Grading systems will be converted to percentages as per university norms.
19. Selection will be based on overall record and interview performance. Screening tests may be conducted.
20. The probationary period of one year will apply for direct recruits, extendable at the discretion of the appointing authority.
21. Selected candidates must undergo prescribed training and examinations.
22. Candidates in service must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” and Vigilance Clearance Certificate during the interview.
23. Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
24. False information or documents will lead to termination of services.
25. Canvassing on behalf of candidates is prohibited.
26. The medium of instruction is English except for language studies/ research.
27. The pension scheme as per UP Government rules will apply.
