1. Eligible applicants can only submit their applications online via the UPUMS website, https://www.upums.ac.in, from 23.02.2024 to 14.03.2024 (up to 24:00 hrs). Keep a copy of the registration slip and proof of payment for your records. Correction requests won’t be accepted through email/post.
2. Incomplete online applications by the specified date and time will not be considered, and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Applicants must ensure their eligibility for the post before applying. Admit cards downloaded from the UPUMS website are mandatory during the Computer-based Test and document verification.
4. Original certificates/documents of qualified candidates will be verified by UPUMS, Saifai. Provisionally qualified candidates must produce original certificates along with self-attested photocopies.
5. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, and District Court, Etawah.
6. Due to the anticipated number of applicants, scrutiny of eligibility criteria may not occur during the Computer-based Test. Applications are accepted provisionally, and candidature may be canceled at any stage if information or claims are not substantiated.
7. Based on the declaration in the Online Registration form, candidates will be provisionally eligible for the Computer Based Test. Preliminary scrutiny will occur before the CBT Score declaration. Selection will be based on merit as per CBT Score. Qualified candidates are subject to multi-stage document verification.
8. If a candidate is found not meeting the prescribed qualification/experience or other eligibility criteria, their candidature will be canceled without notice.
9. The number of vacancies mentioned is subject to change by the competent authority.

10. For those employed with State/Central Govt./PSUs, submission of a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) during document verification is mandatory. Failure to submit NOC may result in the cancellation of candidature. In special circumstances, proof of acceptance of resignation or a relieving letter from the current employer may be considered implied NOC.
