DMRC follows a Merit-cum-Reservation approach to select candidates. The process includes:

- Screening Process:
- Includes a Tamil Language Proficiency Test (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Psycho Test (Only for Supervisor – Operations):
- Conducted in Chennai.

✔️ The engagement is purely contractual for 3 years, extendable based on performance.
✔️ You’ll receive a CTC of ₹26,660/-, with medical insurance and PF as per rules.
✔️ Training Cost Recovery: If you resign before 3 years, you must reimburse the training cost on a pro-rata basis.
✔️ Leave Policy:
- 8 days of Casual Leave (CL) annually (pro-rata)
- 18 days of Earned Leave (EL) (1.5 per completed month)
✔️ Termination Clause: DMRC can end the engagement with a 30-day notice. If you wish to resign, 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu is required.
✔️ Ensure all submitted info is truthful and that you meet all eligibility standards. Any mismatch or false documentation may lead to disqualification.
