AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL), formerly known as Air India Air Transport Services Limited, is seeking Indian Nationals (Male & Female) to fill existing vacancies and maintain a waitlist for future openings. These positions are on a fixed-term Term Contract basis for three years, renewable based on performance and organizational needs.

1. Sr. Customer Service Executive

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university
• 5 years of experience in fares, reservations, ticketing, and computerized passenger check-in/cargo handling
• Proficient in PC usage
• Good command of English and Hindi

Salary: Rs. 28,605 per month
Upper Age Limit: 33 years (OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years)

2. Customer Service Executive

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university
• Preference for candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo experience or Airline Diploma/IATA certifications
• Proficient in PC usage
• Good command of English and Hindi

Salary: Rs. 27,450 per month
Upper Age Limit: 28 years (OBC: +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years)
