APPSC Junior Specialist Online Form 2024 How  to Apply

ARUNACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (APPSC)

1. Application Process:
   • Candidates must first register for ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR) before filling out the Online Application Form for the advertised post.
2. Existing OTR Registration:
   • Those already registered in OTR can directly login using their user ID and password to fill out the online form.
3. Online Application Submission:
   • Apply online at appsc.gov.in. Detailed instructions for OTR and Online applications can be found on the APPSC website.
   • Applicants should submit only one application. In case of multiple submissions, the application with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be considered.
   • Fees paid under one RID cannot be transferred to another RID.
4. Government Service Applicants:
   • Government employees must also apply directly on the APPSC website.
   • They should upload a copy of the intimation submitted to their respective Heads of Department or NOC issued by the department.

Note: The online application link will be active from 11:00 hours on May 3, 2024, until the last submission date, which is before 17:00 hours on June 5, 2024, on the APPSC website.

ARUNACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (APPSC)

1. Method of Selection:
   • Selection will be based solely on Viva-Voce/ Interview as per the Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules-2000 amendment in October 2003 (Notification No. HFW-V89 Pt).
2. Scanned Documents and Information to be Uploaded:
   • Candidate’s signature on white paper with black ink pen (40-50 kb in jpg format).
   • Recent color passport-size photograph (40-100 kb in jpg format), with a white background, front-faced, and without headgear or sunglasses.
   • Self-attested photocopies of Degree/ Post Graduate/ Post Graduate Diploma certificates and Mark Sheets issued by relevant university authorities.
   • Self-attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate for age proof issued by the Board.
   • Self-attested photocopy of APST certificate and copy of PRC/ Aadhar Card for General candidates.
   • Self-attested photocopy of Medical Council Registration Certificate.
   • Experience certificate and other relevant documents.
   • Disability certificate issued by the certifying authority for Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Section 57).

APPSC Junior Specialist Online Form 2024 General Terms & Conditions

ARUNACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (APPSC)

1. Commission’s Decision:
   • The Commission’s decision on candidate eligibility for interview or selection is final, and no correspondence or personal inquiries will be entertained.
2. Interview Date:
   • The interview date for eligible candidates will be communicated separately.
3. Document Verification:
   • Eligible candidates must present original Certificates/ Documents and Mark Sheets at the interview. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
4. Provisional Selection:
   • Selection will be provisional pending verification of required documents/ qualifications by the department.
5. Selection Process for PwD Candidates:
   • The selection process for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will adhere to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and Arunachal Pradesh Rules for Persons with Disabilities, 2018, as amended.
6. Recruitment Test:
   • If there are a large number of candidates, the Commission may conduct a Recruitment Test as deemed necessary. Details will be notified separately.
