• Private sector companies (turnover ≥ ₹2,000 crore—preference to listed companies)

Educational Qualification

• Engineering Graduate from a recognized university
• Mechanical / Automobile Engineering preferred
• A good academic record is mandatory

Experience Requirement

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in the last 10 years at a senior level in:

• Marketing / R&D / Production
• Design / Planning / Operations
• Capital Goods / Mining / Construction / Infrastructure sector

International business exposure and project execution experience will be an added advantage.
