Delhi Judicial Service Exam 2023 Notification. 

The Delhi High Court (DHC) inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals. There are 53 vacancies within the Delhi Judicial Service. This opportunity is available through the Delhi Judicial Service Examination, consisting of two critical stages:

(i) The Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination, which is an objective test featuring a 25% negative marking system, serves as the initial screening for candidates progressing to the Mains Examination (Written).

(ii) The Delhi Judicial Service Mains Examination (Written) is the next stage, where candidates will be selected for the Viva-Voce phase.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from any recognized University in India.)

• A citizen of India
• Practicing as an Advocate in India OR a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act 1961.

2. Fill out the application form in the prescribed format online.
3. After completing the online application, take a printout of the form for your future reference.
4. Remember, there is no need to send the printout of the online application form to the High Court of Delhi.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates must ensure that they meet all eligibility conditions for the examination.
2. Their admission to all stages of the examination (Preliminary Examination – Objective type, Mains Examination – Written, and Viva-Voce) is provisional, contingent on meeting the prescribed eligibility conditions.
3. Eligibility will be thoroughly examined at a later stage. If, at any point before or after the Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, or Viva-Voce, it is discovered that candidates do not meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature will be canceled without prior notice.
