Short Description: DRDO CABS JRF Recruitment 2026
The Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS), Bengaluru, a premier laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has released an official notification inviting young and meritorious Indian nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) through walk-in interviews.
CABS is at the heart of India’s Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) program and advanced airborne surveillance systems. Selected JRFs will be involved in cutting-edge defense research related to avionics, radars, airborne platforms, electronics, software, and power systems for national security.
The fellowship offers a monthly stipend of ₹37,000 + HRA and provides an excellent pathway for candidates aiming for PhDs, DRDO Scientist positions, or advanced careers in defense research.

No automatic absorption; however, JRFs get preference in future DRDO recruitments.
