Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Junior Research Fellowship position, initially for two years (extendable as per rules), offering a monthly stipend of Rs. 37,000/- plus admissible house rent allowance. 2. The number of fellowships may vary.

3. Future vacancies may be filled from the panel of candidates, valid for one year from the result publication date.

Important Instructions:

1.  Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of the Walk- in- interview date. Age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.

2. Qualifications: Only candidates with prescribed qualifications from recognized institutions by the application closing date need to attend the interview. NSTL reserves the right to select candidates.

3. No Objection Certificate: Candidates from public sector undertakings/autonomous bodies must bring a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the interview.

4. TA/DA: No TA/ DA will be provided for attending the walk- in interview.

5.  Fellowship Absorption: Awarding the fellowship does not guarantee absorption in DRDO.

6.  Written Test: Objective type Multiple Choice Questions may be conducted to shortlist candidates.

7. Panel Creation: A panel of selected candidates will be created for available and future vacancies, valid for one year.
