At the time of joining, shortlisted students must produce the following:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college/institution on official letterhead.
- Police Verification Certificate or Acknowledgement from the local police station.
- Undertaking for Official Secrets Act (1923) compliance.
- IT Rules Undertaking applicable under the Ministry of Defence.
- Bank Details for stipend disbursement.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a certified MBBS doctor.
- Original Aadhar Card and College ID Card for verification.
- Three Passport-size Photographs.
- Original Marksheets of all previous semesters.
- Any additional documents as specified during the selection/joining phase.

- Attendance Requirement:
- Minimum 15 working days/month is compulsory to qualify for stipend and certificate

- ₹15,000 after completion of 6 months
- No stipend if candidate exits before 3 months
