Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Candidates must apply online through the official website of RRC (ECR) at www.rrcecr.gov.in. Detailed instructions for filling out online applications are provided on the website.

Step 2: Login and Fill Personal Details

Upon reaching the official website, log in to the designated section for online applications. Fill in personal details and bio-data with utmost care. It’s crucial to ensure accuracy during this stage.

Note 1: All candidates are required to possess an Aadhar Card. During registration, input the 12-digit Aadhar Card number. If the Aadhar card is not received, candidates can use the 28-digit Aadhar enrollment ID printed on the Aadhar enrollment slip. However, candidates from Jammu & Kashmir, Meghalaya, and Assam can enter alternative identification details such as voter ID, passport number, driving license number, or any valid government identity card.

Note 2: Ensure that the name, father’s name, date of birth, and percentage of marks in Matric (10th) and ITI match exactly as recorded in the Matriculation/ITI certificate.

Note 3: Provide an active mobile number and valid email ID in the online application. It is crucial to keep them active throughout the engagement process, as important information and messages will be communicated through email/SMS.

Step 3: Avoid Duplicate Submissions

Candidates should refrain from submitting more than one application with different particulars. Multiple applications with variations in name, father’s name, community, photo, educational/technical qualifications, e-mail ID, or mobile numbers will be summarily rejected and may lead to debarment.

Step 4: Document Upload

Candidates are required to upload legible scanned copies of the following documents:

1. SSC (Standard 10th) or its equivalent Marks Sheet.
2. Certificate for proof of Date of Birth (Standard 10th or its equivalent Marks Sheet or School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth).
3. Consolidated Marks Sheet of ITI for all semesters of the trade applied for/ Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
4. National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT /SCVT.
5. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates (Annexure-“I” & “II,” wherever applicable). EWS certificate in Annexure-III.
6. Disability certificate in case of PwBD Candidate (Annexure-IV).
7. Discharge certificate/Serving certificate for candidates applying against Ex-servicemen quota.

Step 5: Keep Printouts

Candidates must keep printouts of their online application. If found eligible, they will be called for document verification, and a printout of the online application will be required during this process.

Note: On the day of document verification, candidates must produce original documents and identity proof/Aadhar Card. Certificates in languages other than English or Hindi should be accompanied by an attested translation in English/Hindi. Failure to produce the required documents may result in disqualification.
