To apply for the IB ACIO Grade II Jobs 2025, candidates must follow these steps:

  3. Log in using your ASN and complete Step II:
    • Fill in your personal, academic, and category details accurately.

  4. Pay the application fee online through SBI EPAY LITE or offline via SBI Challan.

  1. Scanned recent passport-sized photo and signature.
  2. Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, etc.).
  3. Educational certificates: Class 10th, 12th, Graduation.
  4. Caste/Category certificate (if applicable).
  5. Ex-Servicemen/Divorcee/Merit Sportsperson certificate (if applicable).
  6. No Objection Certificate (NOC) for government employees.

The selection for IB Executive Officer Notification will be done in three stages:

1. Tier-I: Objective Exam (100 Marks)

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Subjects: Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning, English
  • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark for each wrong answer
  • Minimum Cut-Off:
    • UR/EWS: 35 marks
    • OBC: 34 marks
    • SC/ST: 33 marks

2. Tier-II: Descriptive Exam (50 Marks)

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Format:
    • Essay: 20 marks
    • Comprehension: 10 marks
    • Two Long Answer Questions: 20 marks
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 17 out of 50 (33%)

3. Tier-III: Interview (100 Marks)

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on combined performance in Tier-I and Tier-II.
  • The final merit list will be prepared based on scores in all three tiers.

📍 Exam Centers:

Candidates must choose 5 cities for the Tier-I exam. Over 130+ exam cities across India are available, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna, Bengaluru, etc.


  • This is an all-India transferable post. Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in India.
  • Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements in terms of age, qualifications, and category.

  • A category once declared cannot be changed.
