Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Fortune “Global 500” company and India’s largest commercial PSU, has released an official notification for the engagement of Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, for its Marketing Division—Northern Region.

This apprenticeship engagement is a golden skill-building opportunity for ITI pass candidates, Diploma holders, Graduates, and 12th-pass youth, covering Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

Selected apprentices will undergo 12 months of structured training, receive a monthly stipend as per Apprenticeship Rules, and gain valuable PSU experience that significantly enhances employability in the government and private sectors.

Stipend Details

Graduate Apprentice:
- ₹4,500/month (DBT by BOAT) + remaining amount by IOCL
Technician Apprentice:
- ₹4,000/month (DBT by BOAT) + remaining amount by IOCL
Trade Apprentice:
- Full stipend paid by IOCL
Additional Benefit: ₹2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses

Stipend is paid as per the Apprentices Act & Rules, subject to Government guidelines.
