·         Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online from 16th December 2023 (10:00 A.M.) to 05th January 2024 (5.00 P.M.) through the provided link on our corporate website https://www.iocl.com/apprenticeships. Only online applications will be accepted.

2.       Document Upload:

After completing the online application, ensure the upload of the following scanned documents:

·         Latest color photograph

·         Proof of Date of Birth (Xth Std certificate/mark sheet)

·         Prescribed educational qualification documents

·         Caste certificate (if applicable)

·         Signature

·         Failure to upload any document will lead to the summary rejection of the application.

3.       Application Review:

Incomplete applications or those not adhering to terms and conditions will be liable for rejection.

4.       Verification of Documents:

Candidates who qualify for the Online Test may undergo Online Document Verification on a suitable date. The following original documents, along with self-attested copies, should be provided during joining:

·         Xth std / SSLC / Matriculation certificate/mark sheet for proof of Date of Birth

·         Latest caste certificate (for reserved category candidates)

·         Caste Certificate (OBC-NCL category, if applicable)

·         Certificate from the institute indicating regular mode of study and year of passing

·         Semester-wise / Year-wise mark sheets of ITI (NCVT) / HSC / Graduation / Diploma in Engineering

·         Final ITI (NCVT) Certificate / HSC / Graduation / Diploma in Engineering issued by the respective Board / Authority / Institute

5.       Important Dates:

·         Opening of Online Application: 16th December 2023 from 10:00 AM onwards

·         Last Date for Online Application Submission: 05th January 2024 up to 5:00 PM

·         Online Test details will be communicated via registered email/SMS.

1.       Candidates are advised to thoroughly read the complete advertisement, including details of educational qualifications and eligibility criteria, before submitting the online application by 05th January 2024 at 5 p.m.

2.       Register online as a Technician/Trade/Graduate Apprentice on the specified portals based on your trade and state:

·         Trade Apprentice – ITI: Apprenticeship India

·         Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator & Retail Sales Associate: Apprenticeship India

·         Technician Apprentice – Diploma: NATS

·         Graduate Apprentice: NATS

3.       Ensure that the application adheres to the eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions, as any deviation may result in rejection.

4.       The deadline for submitting the online application is 05.01.2024@ 5 p.m. Candidates are urged to apply well in advance before the closing date.

5.       Candidates eligible for the Online Test will receive login credentials in their registered email. Maintain the same email and mobile number throughout the apprenticeship training.

6.       Regularly visit IOCL’s apprenticeship website for future correspondence, updates, and the latest information related to the Online Test.

7.       Any corrigendum, addendum, or updates regarding this advertisement will be published exclusively on IOCL’s apprenticeship website.

8.       Applicants must apply for ONLY ONE DISCIPLINE CODE. Multiple applications will be summarily rejected.

9.       The candidature is provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates and testimonials. Any falsification of information will lead to the cancellation of the candidature.

10.   Selected candidates must meet the Corporation’s medical fitness requirements, and engagements will be subject to relevant rules, policies, and guidelines.

11.   The Management’s decision is final and binding on all matters related to eligibility, application acceptance/rejection, selection mode, and the cancellation of the selection process. No correspondence will be entertained.

12.   Incomplete or ineligible applications received after the deadline or in any other form/mode will be considered “Rejected.” Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidate.

13.   Selection in the Online examination or document verification/empanelment does not guarantee engagement as an apprentice in IOCL.

14.   Completion of the Apprenticeship period does not obligate the Corporation to offer employment, and apprentices cannot claim employment rights based on the completion of the Apprenticeship.
