·         Use proper handwriting for the declaration, avoiding capital letters.

4. Additional Guidelines:

·         Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.

·         Left thumb impressions must be clear and unsmudged.

·         Handwritten declarations must be in the candidate’s own handwriting, in English, and not in capital letters.

(ii)                Final Decision: The Company’s decision on all matters related to this recruitment will be conclusive and binding for all candidates.

(iii)               Communication Channels: Notices, communications, or information posted on the Company’s website, sent through Registered/Speed Posts, or conveyed via the registered email provided during registration will be considered valid communication.

(iv)              Electronic Devices Ban: The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the examination campus and regional language test hall.

(v)                Administrative Challenges: In the event of administrative challenges impacting test delivery or result generation, efforts will be made to rectify the issues. However, a re-exam is at the discretion of the test conducting body, and candidates have no claim for a re-test.

(vi)              Candidate Cooperation: Candidates unwilling to move or participate in the delayed test delivery process will be rejected summarily.

(vii)             Final Decision Binding: The Company’s decision in all recruitment matters is final and binding on candidates. No personal inquiries or correspondence will be entertained.

(viii)           Equating Scores: If the examination is conducted in multiple sessions, scores across sessions will be equated to adjust for differences in difficulty levels. Multiple sessions may be necessary due to technical disruptions or capacity constraints.

(ix)              Response Analysis: Individual candidates’ responses will be analyzed for patterns of similarity. If it is inferred that responses have been shared or scores are not genuine, the Company reserves the right to cancel candidature.

(x)                Process Violation: Instances of providing incorrect information or process violations will lead to disqualification from the current selection process. Such candidates will be barred from participating in any future recruitment processes by the Company.

(xi)              Canvassing Disqualification: Any form of canvassing will result in the disqualification of the candidate from consideration for the posts.
