Pay Scale and Benefits

• Annual Increment: 5% after completion of each year of service
• Provident Fund: As per EPF & MP Act, 1952 (employee + employer contribution)
• Medical Insurance:
  • ₹3 lakh coverage (self)
  • Premium up to ₹4,000 per annum reimbursed by IRCON
• Leave Entitlement:
  • 1 leave per calendar month
