Nature of Work & Key Responsibilities
Selected Young Professionals will be engaged in full-time, time-bound assignments related to the Air Cargo and Logistics ecosystem. Major responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and data analytics on air cargo policies, frameworks, and global best practices
- Preparing policy briefs, analytical reports, presentations, and impact assessment studies
- Supporting national initiatives such as NTFAP, Air Cargo Community System (ACCS), transshipment frameworks, and logistics reforms
- Coordinating with ministries, state governments, industry stakeholders, and international bodies
- Assisting in policy formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of aviation-related schemes
- Handling official communication, meeting documentation, and inter-departmental coordination
This role offers exposure to high-level policy-making and strategic decision-making within the Ministry.
Pay Scale & Contract Details
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹54,000 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: Up to 6%, subject to satisfactory performance
- Contract Period: Initially 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years (1+1+1)
- Nature of Appointment: Purely contractual
- Place of Posting: New Delhi
