  1. Mandatory Aadhaar Registration: Candidates must have an Aadhaar registration.
  2. Photo ID Requirement: A valid original photo ID (Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport) is mandatory for the exam. Only UIDAI-verified e-Aadhaar is acceptable. Candidates without an original photo ID will not be allowed to take the exam.
  3. Additional ID Information: Candidates must also carry their Aadhaar card, e-Aadhaar, Aadhaar number, or Aadhaar VID for verification.
  4. Biometric Verification: Multi-level biometric verification is required at the exam center. The Aadhaar must be unlocked for verification.
  5. Entry Timing: Candidates must enter the exam hall before the reporting time. Latecomers will not be allowed inside.
  6. Prohibited Items: Electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, sunglasses, and unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited.
  7. Admit Card Requirement: Entry to the exam hall is allowed only with the online application number and admit card downloaded from the official website.
  8. Exam Essentials: Candidates must bring a black ballpoint pen and the printed admit card from the official website.
  9. Exam Duration: No candidate is allowed to leave the exam hall before the completion of the exam.
  10. Document Verification: Eligibility verification will be done by the concerned department at the time of appointment, not during the online application process.
  11. Employment Registration: Candidates must have a valid employment registration in Madhya Pradesh.
  12. Special Tribal Community Candidates: Candidates from Baiga, Sahariya, and Bhariya tribes applying for non-executive posts must submit the required documents in hard copy as per the guidelines before the deadline. Applications sent to the board instead of the concerned department will be invalid.
  13. Tribal Candidates Exam Requirement: Candidates from Baiga, Sahariya, and Bhariya tribes must appear for the exam like other SC/ST candidates. The exemption rule for these tribes will not apply.
