NHPC ITI Apprenticeship 2024 Selection Process

National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC)

1. Apprentice Trainee Selection: Candidates will be selected based on their ITI marks. In cases where multiple candidates have the same marks, preference will be given to the candidate with the higher age.
2. Publication of Selected Candidates: The list of selected apprentice trainees will be published in the career section of www.nhpcindia.com.
3. Contract Generation and Acceptance: Selected candidates will have their contracts generated on www.apprenticeshipindia.org based on their applications. Contract details will be sent automatically to their registered email ID. Candidates must accept the offer via email and electronically sign the contract on www.apprenticeshipindia.org.

National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC)

1. Apprenticeship Duration: The training period for apprentices at NHPC will be one year. There will be no provision for extension of training or employment with NHPC beyond this period.
2. Apprenticeship Rules: Apprentice selection and training will adhere to the detailed provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
3. Language Interpretation: In cases of ambiguity or disputes arising from interpretations, the English version of the document will take precedence over other language versions.
4. False Information: If any information or claim an applicant provides is false, their candidature will be canceled, and appropriate action will be taken as per the rules. Candidates must also submit a Medical Fitness certificate issued by a Registered Medical Officer.
