1.  Online Registration:

2. Eligibility Check:

·         Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying. If found ineligible at any stage, your candidature may be canceled. Discrepancies found after an appointment can lead to termination without notice.

3. Email ID requirement:

·         Ensure you have a valid email ID (active for at least one year). All communication will be through this registered email.

4. Application Fees:

·         Pay online: Rs. 800/- for general and OBC, Rs. 400/- for SC/ ST/ EWS (excluding taxes and service charges).

Documents Required:

1. Qualification & Experience:

·         Submit certificates for date of Birth, Degree, Diploma, Marks Sheets, and Experience.

·         Experience certificates must be on official letterhead with complete contact details of the organization.

1. Proof of Experience:

·         Past Employment: Experience letter or appointment letter with relieving order.

·         Current Employment: Experience letter or appointment letter with the latest pay slip and any of the following: ID card, annual increment letter, promotion order.

·         Any other certificates or testimonials you wish to present.

·         Recent passport-sized photograph.

PDIL Jobs Recruitment 2024: General Instructions

Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL)

1. Qualifications and Marks:

·         All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutes.

·         Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (55% for SC/ ST) in Degree/ Diploma exams.

·         Post-graduation will be considered an additional qualification.

·         Marks must be accurate to two decimal places; no rounding allowed.

·         CGPA/ OGPA must be converted to the percentage as per university norms.

2. Computer Proficiency:

·         Candidates must be proficient in computers, MS Office, and relevant specialized software.

3. Recruitment Process:

·         PDIL reserves the right to modify the recruitment process without notice.

4. Contract Terms:

·         Initial contract: Up to 1 year, renewable annually for up to 3 years based on performance.

5. Application Submission:

·         Submission of applications does not guarantee an interview call or selection.

6. Eligibility and Experience:

·         Meeting age, qualification, and experience criteria do not guarantee selection.

·         PDIL’s decision on eligibility and shortlisting is final.

7. Age and Experience Calculation:

8. Legal Proceedings:

·         Any disputes will be subject to Gautam Budh Nagar jurisdiction.

9. Reservation Guidelines:

·         Government guidelines for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/ PwD/ Ex-Servicemen apply.

·         Reserved category candidates must submit valid certificates.

·         OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificates should be issued after 01.02.2024.

·         EWS certificates should be based on FY 2023-24 income.
