Eligible candidates must apply online through the RBI official website, www.rbi.org.in, between September 10 and September 30, 2025. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The selection process will be conducted in three phases:

  1. Phase-I Online Examination
    1. Objective-type questions on General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
  2. Phase-II Online Examination
    1. Paper I: Economic & Social Issues
    1. Paper II: English (Writing Skills)
    1. Paper III: Finance & Management / Statistics / Economics (as applicable)
  3. Interview
    1. Final selection based on cumulative performance in Phase-II and Interview.
  • Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.

  • Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited during exams.
  • Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
  • RBI reserves the right to modify the selection process or cancel the recruitment.

Can I apply for more than one post?

No, candidates can apply for only one post under this recruitment cycle.

Will there be negative marking in the exam?

Yes, 1/4th of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in Phase I.

Is there any provision for scribe assistance?

Yes, PwBD candidates with benchmark disabilities can avail the scribe facility as per RBI guidelines.
