Selection Process: RITES Limited Managers Hiring 2025

The selection will be based on three stages:

1. Written Test (125 Questions, 2.5 Hours, No Negative Marking):
   1. Civil (Transport & Bridge): Transport Planning, Bridge Design, Structures, etc.
   1. Mechanical: Applied Mechanics, HVAC, Ventilation, CFD, Standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BIS).
   1. Electrical (ES&T): Power Systems, Control, Machines, HVAC, Traction, Safety Codes.

Qualifying Marks:

• UR/EWS: 50%
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 45%
• Document Scrutiny: Verification of uploaded documents and eligibility.
• Interview (Weightage: Written 60% + Interview 40%):
  • Technical & Professional Proficiency: 30%
  • Personality, Communication & Competency: 10%

Qualifying Marks:

• UR/EWS: 60%
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%

Note: Final merit list will be prepared on overall performance.
