ii) Possess a valid Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency under MMR-1961, restricted to opencast working, issued by DGMS.

iii) Hold a valid First Aid Certificate recognized by DGMS.

iv) Have a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience (after obtaining the Mines Foreman certificate) in an opencast mine working under a First Class Mine Manager.

v) Upper age limit: 28 Years

ii) Passed the examination for the Electrical Supervisory Certificate of Competency to work in Mines as per CEA Rule 2010 (exempted certificates are not accepted).

iii) The Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency must cover mining installations and be issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010.

iv) The certificate must be valid for work in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, or All India.

v) Upper age limit: 28 Years

vi) Pay Scale: 26600- 38920

ii) Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.

iii) Upper age limit: 28 Years

iv) Pay Scale: 25070- 35070

SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024: How  to Apply

1. Before registering their application on the website, candidates should ensure the following:

a) Read the instructions carefully for online application submission, available on the website.

b) Ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions/ criteria per the advertisement. Admission at all stages is provisional, subject to verification during the Interview/ Skill Test, Pre-Employment Medical Examination, and Joining. Non-fulfillment of any eligibility conditions/ criteria at any stage will result in cancellation of candidature.

c) Have a valid e-mail ID and mobile number, which should remain valid until the completion of the entire selection process.

d) Have the latest passport-size color photograph in .jpg or .jpeg file format (size up to 50 kb) taken against a white background without sunglasses or dark glasses, and a photograph of their signature in .jpg or .jpeg file format (size up to 20 kb) in digital format for uploading with the application form? The same photograph should be used throughout the selection process. Photos taken through mobile/selfie mode will not be accepted.

e) Write their name as it appears in the Matriculation certificate or equivalent examination.

Note: Issuance of an Admit Card for CBT or call letter for a Test or Offer of Appointment (issued before the pre-employment medical examination) does not imply acceptance of candidature. Candidature can be rejected at any stage of the SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024 process, even after joining, if any information provided is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility conditions/ criteria, or if the candidate is found unfit in the pre-employment medical examination. SAIL, BSP reserves the right to reject applications without communication.

SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024: General Instructions

1. Candidate must be an Indian national with qualifications from a State Govt./ Central Govt. recognized institute.
2. Apply for only one post, as test/interview dates may coincide.
3. Ensure eligibility before applying; non-eligible candidates need not apply.
4. Distance mode/ correspondence qualifications are not accepted.
5. Biometric registration and verification will be done during the selection process and at joining.
6. The name must match the matriculation certificate; any change must be documented.
7. The percentage calculation will follow the board’s, university’s, or institution’s criteria. If not specified, CGPA will be presumed on a 10-point scale.
8. Upload scanned copies of relevant experience certificates while applying.
9. Ex-servicemen must provide a civil equivalence certificate at the time of the skill test.
10. Possession of minimum qualifications/experience does not guarantee selection.
11. Minimum qualifying marks do not assure shortlisting for the next stages; it depends on rank, merit, category performance, and seat availability.

13. Vacancy numbers are provisional and may change.
14. Govt. employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview/skill test.

16. Electronic gadgets are prohibited in examination centers.
17. Retain BSP’s copy of the registration slip or e-receipt for future reference.

19. Reimbursement of Traveling Expenses for SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024:

• No expenses for Online tests (CBT) and pre-employment medical examinations for SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024.
• E1 to E3 Grades: AC 3 Tier rail fare reimbursement for interviews with proof of travel.
• S1/S3 Grades: 2nd Class sleeper rail fare reimbursement for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for skill tests with proof of travel.
• Higher class travel or road travel reimbursement will be limited to entitled class fares. No reimbursement for distances less than 30 KM.
• Departmental candidates will get expenses from the parent plant/unit as per the rules.

1. Selected candidates may be required to serve in any of the Bhilai Steel Plant’s Mines/ locations.
2. Influence in the selection process of SAIL BSP Recruitment 2024 will disqualify the candidate.
3. BSP reserves the right to modify the requirements without prior notice.
4. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Durg, Chhattisgarh.
