2.       Experience:

·         At least 2 years in construction/ maintenance of multistorey commercial, institutional, or residential buildings (RCC framed construction).

·         Expertise in pile foundation, controlled concrete work, mix design, material testing, and computer-based project planning and control.

·         Experience in design, testing, cost estimation, and verification of contractor bills for construction projects.

2.       Experience:

·         At least 2 years in installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical equipment such as UPS, generators, starters, motors, control panels, HT-LT switchgear, cabling, water pumps, air-conditioning systems, lifts, and energy-saving devices.

·         Proficiency in preparing tender specifications and their evaluation.

·         Candidates must have a valid email ID kept active until the result declaration for receiving notifications.

2.       Registration & Fee Payment:

·         Register online through the link on SBI’s website.

·         Pay the application fee via Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Card.

3.       Uploading Photo & Signature:

·         Scan and upload the latest photograph and signature as per specifications on the registration page.

4.       Filling the Application:

·         Fill out the form carefully and submit it after completion.

·         If unable to complete in one go, save the form and note the provisional registration number and password for future edits (allowed 3 times).

·         Take a printout of the final submitted form.

5.       Fee Details:

·         ₹750 for General/EWS/OBC; no fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

·         Fees once paid are non-refundable.

SBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

1.       Online Written Test:

·         Tentatively scheduled for January 2025.

·         Call letters will be uploaded on the Bank’s website and sent via SMS/email; candidates must download them.

·         Test centers: Multiple locations across India (e.g., Amravati, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, etc.).

·         Candidates must select their preferred test center during application; changes are not allowed. The Bank reserves the right to modify test centers.

2.       Exam Details:

·         All papers (except Professional Knowledge) are qualifying in nature.

·         Questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English), with an option to answer in either language (except English Language Test).

·         Minimum qualifying marks will be set by the Bank.

3.       Shortlisting for Interaction:

·         Candidates must meet the cut-off for the Professional Knowledge paper and qualify in other papers.

4.       Interaction:

·         Adequate candidates will be called for Interaction based on test performance.

·         Interaction carries 25 marks; qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.

5.       Weightage & Merit List:

·         Weightage: Written Test – 70%, Interaction – 30%.

·         Final merit list: Aggregated scores of Professional Knowledge Test (100 marks) and Interaction (25 marks) with 70:30 weightage.

1.       Shortlisting:

·         Fulfilling minimum qualifications/experience doesn’t guarantee an interaction call.

·         Shortlisting parameters will be decided by the Bank, and shortlisted candidates will be notified.

2.       Interaction:

·         Interaction carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be set by the Bank.

3.       Merit List:

·         Based solely on Interaction scores, in descending order.

·         In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order.
