1.       Training Qualifications:

·         Hindi Sikshan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra.

·         B.H.Ed. (prescribed by NCTE) from a recognized University/Institution.

·         B.Ed. in Hindi (prescribed by NCTE) from Dakhin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras, or any NCTE-recognized institution.

OR

·         Qualifications:

·         Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti, Wardha.

3.       Provide the percentage of marks in Matriculation (10th), Higher Secondary (12th / +2), Undergraduate (+3) / B.Ed. / B.H.Ed./ Shikshashastri degrees, converting C.G.P.A into equivalent percentage as per the respective degree-awarding Board / Council / University/institution’s formula. For integrated B.A. B.Ed. degrees, show the percentage of marks in B.Ed. separately. P.E.T. candidates should reflect their percentage of marks in C.P. Ed / D.P. Ed. /B.P.Ed and M.P. Ed.

4.       Upload a recent passport-size photograph, scanned image of the full signature, and left-hand thumb impression. Ensure clarity for successful application processing.

5.        Submit the online application well in advance to avoid last-minute rush.

6.       Exercise caution while filling out the form, as there is no edit option post-final submission. Ensure correct entry of the Application ID allotted during fee payment.

5.       OSSTET Certificate in the concerned category and subject.

6.       Two recent passport-size photos with the candidate’s name and Roll number at the back.

7.       Conduct/Continuity Certificate from the last attended/current institution.

8.       Caste Certificate, Odia pass certificate, and Discharge Certificate for ESM candidates.

9.       Disability Certificate for Physically Disabled Candidates; cases referred to Appellate Medical Boards.
