1. Candidates are required to bring two recent passport-sized color photographs and one original valid Photo ID Proof from the following options when requested by the authorities:
   • Aadhaar Card/Printout of E-Aadhaar
   • Voter ID Card
   • PAN Card
   • Passport
   • Driving License
   • Government School/ College ID Card
   • Employer ID (Govt./ PSU)
   • Any other Photo-bearing ID Card issued by the Central/ State Govt.
2. Additionally, candidates need to submit copies of various documents:
   • Matriculation/Secondary Certificate
   • Educational Qualification Certificate
   • Documents supporting equivalent qualifications
   • Caste/Category Certificate (for reserved categories)
   • Driving License for Motor Cycle and Car (if applicable)
   • Documents for Ex-Servicemen
   • Relevant certificates for age relaxation
   • Certificates specified in Annexure-IX by Delhi Police Departmental candidates
   • No Objection Certificate (if employed in Government)
   • Documents related to name change after matriculation
3. It is emphasized that after scrutiny of the certificates/documents during document verification if any claim made in the application is not substantiated, the candidature will be canceled at any stage.

2.        The application module includes capturing a live photograph of the candidate during the form-filling process. Ensure that the photograph is clear, without cap or spectacles, and has a full frontal view. Refer to Annexure XI for specimen photographs. If the captured photograph does not meet the criteria, recapture is advised to avoid rejection.

3.        The deadline for online application submission is 28.03.2024 (2300 hours).

4.        Candidates are advised to submit applications well in advance of the closing date to prevent any disconnection or login issues due to heavy website traffic during the closing days.

5.        The Commission is not responsible for candidates unable to submit applications by the last date due to reasons beyond its control.

6.       Before final submission, candidates must use the Preview/ Print option to verify the correctness of details in each field of the Online Application Form.

Application Fee:

1.       Fee: Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).

2.        Women candidates and those belonging to SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from the fee.

3.        Payment modes: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit/ Debit card.

4.        Online fee payment deadline: 29.03.2024 (2300 Hrs).

5.       Verify successful payment to SSC; incomplete payments result in ‘Incomplete’ status on the Application Form, leading to summary rejection.

6.       Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable for any other examination or selection.

Window for Application Form Correction [30.03.2024 to 31.03.2024 (2300 hours)]:

1.        2 days post the application deadline for candidates to correct/modify online application parameters. Resubmit applications after necessary corrections/changes in the one-time registration/online application data.

2.       Candidates can submit modified/corrected applications twice during this correction window.

3.       Corrections are allowed only for candidates who submitted completed applications with the requisite fee within the specified period.

4.        The last modified/corrected application submitted by the candidate will be considered final; previously submitted applications will be canceled.

5.        Failure to pay correction charges results in an ‘Incomplete’ status on the Application Form, rendering it unacceptable.

6.        Correction charges: ₹200/- for the first correction, ₹500/- for the second correction, payable by all candidates irrespective of gender/category.

7.       Payment modes for correction charges: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit/ Debit card.

8.       Correction charges are non-refundable and non-adjustable for any other examination or selection.

9.       Before submission of the corrected application, candidates must ensure correct details in each field. No changes are allowed after the ‘Window for Application Form Correction.’ Requests through Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc., will not be entertained and summarily rejected.
