THDC Graduate Diploma Apprenticeship 2025 Notification. THDC India Limited invites applications from candidates holding Graduate (B.Tech/ B.E.) and Diploma (Diploma in Engineering) qualifications for Graduate and Technician Apprenticeship Training in the following branches. Only those candidates are eligible for this apprenticeship training who meet the following criteria:

• They have not been employed for one year or more after completing their graduation or diploma.
• They have not previously undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, of 1961, or its subsequent amendments.
• They are not currently enrolled in any regular course of study.

Graduate Apprentices:

·         B.Tech/ B.E. in the relevant branch with:

. General/ EWS/ OBC: 65%

. SC/ ST: 60%

·         Graduation after May 2022.

Technician Apprentices:

·         Diploma in the relevant branch with:

. General/ EWS/ OBC: 65%

. SC/ ST: 60%

·         Diploma after May 2022.

·         Stipend: Graduate: ₹9000/-, Technician (Diploma): ₹8000/-

·         Age limit: 18 to 27 years

·         Age relaxation is extra as per norms.

·         Cutoff date for age calculation: 15/01/2025

Step 1:
Candidates must register on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and complete their profile. After registration, the Enrollment Number generated by the portal must be mentioned while applying for THDC India Limited, Rishikesh.

Step 2:
Registered candidates must apply for the apprenticeship training by filling out the application form available on the THDC India Limited website (www.thdc.co.in >  Career >  New Opening). Follow the provided instructions for completing, and submitting the form, and understanding the selection process.

·         Download the application form from the THDC website.

·         Fill out the form with the required details.

·         Enclose the completed form and necessary documents in an envelope, clearly labeling it as “Graduate Apprenticeship Training 2025” or “Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship Training 2025” (as applicable).

·         Send the envelope via Ordinary Post or Speed Post to the following address by 15.01.2025:

Important Notes:

1.       Incomplete applications, missing photos, or required documents will be rejected.

2.       Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Selection Process: THDC Graduate Diploma Apprenticeship 2025

·         No interview will be conducted. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit calculated from the percentage of marks obtained in the relevant branch (B.Tech./ B.E.), BBA, or Diploma.

Note:

1.       If the marks in the Graduation (B.Tech./ B.E.), BBA, or diploma mark sheet are provided in grades/ CGPA instead of percentages, they will be converted to percentages using the method/ formula adopted by the respective university/ institute.

2.       In case of a tie in the percentage of marks, the candidate older in age will be given priority.

1.       Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and provide accurate information. False or incomplete details or documents may result in the cancellation of candidature or training at any stage.

2.       Self-attested copies of the following documents must be attached to the application form:

o    NATS portal registration proof (profile copy).

o    High school/ Intermediate mark sheet and certificate.

o    Final graduation (B.Tech./ B.E./BBA) or diploma mark sheet and certificate (with grade- to- percentage conversion proof, if applicable).

o    Domicile certificate for Uttarakhand residents.

o    Caste/ EWS certificate (if applicable).

o    Disability certificate (if applicable).

o    Aadhaar card.

3.       The management reserves the right to amend, revise, or cancel the selection process without providing a reason.

4.       Any disputes or claims must be addressed exclusively in Dehradun courts.

5.       Non-selected candidates will not receive any communication.

6.       Selected candidates must arrange their accommodation and food during training.

7.       No travel allowance will be provided for document verification or joining. Transportation during training will not be provided.

8.       The apprenticeship training period is one year, and no employment at THDC India Limited will be offered post-training.

9.       Selected candidates will be posted at THDC units/ offices in Tehri, Koteshwar, Rishikesh, Pipalkoti, etc.

10.   Training- related updates will be communicated via THDC’s website (www.thdc.co.in), and document verification/ joining letters will be sent via post.

11.   All corrections/ updates regarding the apprenticeship will only be available on THDC’s website.

12.   Any attempt to influence selection will lead to immediate disqualification.
