Pay Scale / Remuneration
- 1st Year: ₹30,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000 per month
- 3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000 per month

- ₹12,000 per year towards insurance, attire, footwear & related expenses
- Area allowance (10%) if posted outside BEL units
- Medical insurance (₹2 lakh) & life insurance (₹5 lakh)
