Applying through the UPPSC Online Form involves four mandatory stages:

  1. One-Time Registration (OTR):
    • Visit the OTR Portal: https://otr.pariksha.nic.in
    • Complete the OTR at least 72 hours before filling out the main application
    • Save your OTR Number for use in application submission
  2. Fill out the Online Application:
    • Go to https://uppsc.up.nic.in
    • Authenticate via your OTR number
    • Enter essential educational details, select the post, and upload the required data
  3. Pay the Application Fee:
    • Choose your payment mode: Net Banking/Card/SBI MOPS
    • Download and print your fee receipt for future reference
  4. Finalize & Submit:
    • Print your completed application form
    • Affix the auto-generated address slip from the dashboard
    • Place your form and self-attested documents inside an A4 envelope
    • Submit by Speed Post/Registered Post/by hand to UPPSC before 04 August 2025, 5:00 PM

The Selection Procedure will include

  1. Screening Test (if required):
    • Objective-Type Questions
    • Negative Marking: 0.33 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
    • No penalty for unanswered questions
  2. Interview:
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called
    • Originals of academic and category documents must be presented
  3. Final Merit List:
    • Based on the interview and (if conducted) screening exam marks
    • Document verification is mandatory before final recommendation
  • Use only the UPPSC Recruitment portal for submission—no offline/email applications allowed
  • Preserve all stage-wise proof (OTR, payment, submission, etc.)
  • Submitting incomplete forms, wrong documents, or missing the deadline may lead to rejection
  • Each application for a different post must be submitted separately in a distinct envelope
  • If the address slip is missing or wrong, candidature may be cancelled
  • Any candidate found using forged documents will be debarred from future #GovtJobs2025

Is it necessary to paste the auto-filled address slip on the envelope?

Yes. It’s mandatory. Not doing so may result in the cancellation of your application.

Can I apply for both posts using one envelope?

No. You must send separate envelopes with the respective applications and documents for each post.
