The Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), an institution of national importance under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has announced its latest recruitment drive through Advertisement No. FDDI/ADV/16/2025. The recruitment is for Non-Academic vacancies in Chemical Testing Lab and Physical Testing Lab, offering opportunities for talented individuals to join as Junior Technologist and Technologist.

Pay Scale: ₹53,000 – ₹93,000 (CTI)

The selection process will consist of:

  1. Written Test/Interview – Candidates meeting eligibility will be shortlisted and called for further assessment.
  2. Document Verification – Original documents must be produced during the final stage.
  3. Medical Examination – Final appointment will be subject to medical fitness as per FDDI standards.

  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
  • All positions are offered on a 03–05 years contractual basis, extendable depending on performance.
  • Mere eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting for the interview/written test.
  • FDDI reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies and reject applications without assigning reasons.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/written test.
